We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Any cancellations or changes less than 48 hours prior to tour departure, a non-refundable penalty fee of FULL PRICE will be charged. If you notify us 2 days in advance of your booked trip there is no charge to you to make any changes or cancellations.
Your credit card information is used to hold your booking only. No shows will be charged full price.
We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or mechanical issues. There is a minimum person requirement for each vessel, trips may be cancelled if this is not met.
We cancel very few trips but it's important to check your email the morning of the trip to ensure no cancellations have been made. In the unlikely event that we do have to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances there is no charge to you.

Please abstain from using alcohol, tobacco and vaping while on our trips.
